*) The price adjustment of the renewal fees is valid for fees due after 31 March 2025. This means that the renewal fees due up until 31 March 2025 will be payable at the rates applicable before 1 January 2025. If you pay the fee later than on the due date, there will be a 20 percent charge, which will be calculated according to the payable fee.
In relation to the publication fee, please note the following details:
For DK/EP, the publication fee is paid when requesting validation of the EP patent in Denmark. If this happens after 31 December 2024, this will be at the adjusted fee.
For Danish patents, it is the date on which the Danish Patent and Trademark Office requests payment that will determine the fee. Hence, if the request for payment of publication fee is made after 31 December 2024, it will be at the adjusted prices.
