How to order a soft certificate for eOLF

If you would like to order a soft certificate, we need some information about you. Read the guide on how to order a soft certificate and get a quick overview of the process.

If you have previously had a smart card

1. Please contact Customer Service and provide us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The number of your smart card
  • The name of the company/organization i which you are employed
  • Your email address

2. We will then contact your local eOLF administrator to verify that you are employed by the company.

3. We will order a soft certificate from the supplier.

4. You will receive an email from us with a “PickUp key,” which is the code you need in order to download your certificate.

5. Within 5-10 days, you will receive an email from the certificate provider (GlobalSign) informing you that you can retrieve the certificate using the PickUp key.

6. The certificate must now be installed on your own PC.

7. Finally, you must register your new certificate on the Danish submission server.

If you have previously NOT had a smart card

1. Please contact the person in your organisation/company who is responsible for eOLF (your local administrator).

2. Ask your local administrator to send a request to Customer Service to create a soft certificate for you. The request should include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The name of the company/organisation i which you are employed
  • Your email address

3. We will order a soft certificate from the supplier.

4. You will receive an email from us with a “PickUp key,” which is the code you need in order to download your certificate.

5. Within 5-10 days, you will receive an email from the certificate provider (GlobalSign) informing you that you can retrieve the certificate using the PickUp key.

6. The certificate must now be installed on your own PC.
